Giving back
Every September, we get behind Fight Cancer Foundation's Footy Colours Day, a cause that's close to our hearts and a Symal tradition for a decade now. Together, we've raised over $970K to support kids fighting cancer.
Our people also raised funds for Beyond Blue and backed the 2026 SA MATES in Construction Annual Luncheon.
Close to home
We back the grassroots soccer, football, cricket, hockey and surf lifesaving clubs in the towns our people call home, and sponsor the Australian Golf Foundation Junior Girls Scholarship Program.
Creating social value
genU and The Power in You Project open employment and training to disadvantaged job seekers and people living with disability. We also engaged Amarapave’s female and non-binary asphalt crew and grew spend with Supply Nation certified businesses.
